I have been taking these capsules for about two years and I must say they work. Of course, you must be consistent and follow up with a hair regimen. I have waist length hair, clear skin and I can say fenugreek has played a major role in my success.

I’ve actually been using this product about a month. Started with the powder and then ordered the capsules. I take both daily. I am happy to report that after having NO edges/temples for many years, and having tried 5 rounds of PRP injections to no avail.
