I wanted to wait to do this review because I had ordered in the past, and I was consistent in the beginning (Feb 2021), but then I started to slack off. What I did notice probably within the first two weeks of taking the lemon mix which is my choice of flavor, my complexion seemed flawless. My skin looks so clear, no discoloration, no blemishes and I have like this inner glow, or brightness with my skin. This is not just with my face, but my entire body!!!!. This time around I am purposely making an effort to take fenugreek every single day to see a more significant change in my hair length. So, as I am giving my review of the product as of today (Jan 15,2023) I have been taking fenugreek consistently every day for a month now. I ordered in December 2022, received order on December 13, 2022 and started taking it that day, drinking it 2-3 times a day, Today is Jan 15, 2023 and I am seeing my hair length is getting longer. I will remain consistent and committed for 6 months and will hope to see an even more significant length change with my hair.

The taste is really much milder than I expected. Not bad at all. I can already see my face and neck skin glowing as well as KP on my arms clearing. Hair is Growing and Fast. Nails are growing and skin is Glowing and clear. Thank You. I love your videos and Im from the DMV as well, So extra Love. Also to add, I put onion juice in my hair once a week and let it sit for 3-5 hours, when my hair is curly. Also, if my hairs straight 1-2 times a month when its wash day. Does wonders. And NO my hair doesn't smell like onion at all.
